Terry started his involvement with theatre in Napier in the early sixties. Five of his plays have received productions and he worked professionally in Australia as an actor on both stage and television. He is active as a stage director in Hawke's Bay. |

Full-length play competition The play is set in the
changing shed of The Desperates, a social grade
rugby team one Saturday in July. Dicko is forty three and life isn’t
going too
well for him, there’s uncertainty at work, his children are strangers
and he
suspects his wife is having an affair. His team mates Toad, Gerry,
Slack and
Taffy the team’s long serving manager and his wife Pam were all there
for him
on that Saturday, when Dicko’s world starts to unwind. |
